Qatar Government Scholarships 2026–2027
The Qatar Government Scholarships 2026–2027 are prestigious government-funded scholarships offered by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE), Qatar. The program supports eligible Qatari students pursuing higher education at approved universities in Qatar and abroad while helping develop national talent in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
The scholarship plan includes three main programs: the Amiri Scholarship Programme, the Abroad Scholarship Programme, and the Local Scholarship Programme (Tomouh). Students can study at approved universities in priority fields such as medicine, engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, education, business, and other disciplines approved by the Ministry.

- Covers priority majors based on Qatar’s labour market needs.
Local Scholarship Programme (Tomouh)
- Supports study at approved universities in Qatar, including public, Education City, and approved private universities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Submit all required documents before the application deadline.

- Additional documents requested by MOEHE for the selected scholarship program.
Application Deadline
- 1 July 2026 – 15 August 2026: Amiri Scholarship, Abroad Scholarships, Education City Universities, and Approved Private Universities.
- 15 November 2026 – 30 December 2026: Local Scholarships for Qatar University, UDST, and other public universities.
